Fasting
Fish are fasted before packing so the water in the bag stays cleaner during the journey.
Bag and box
We choose bag size and packing density per species and expected transit time, then add pure oxygen and seal the bags inside insulated boxes.
Paperwork
Each box is labelled to match the packing list. We share the airway bill and flight details with you so your agent can collect quickly.
