Live animals
Our products are live fish. Availability, size and colour can change quickly. Prices and stock shown on the website are informational until your order or quotation is confirmed by us.
Orders
An order is confirmed when payment has been verified. We may contact you to adjust an order if stock changes before packing.
Wholesale and export
For wholesale and export orders, quantities, prices, shipping and export arrangements are confirmed in a quotation and are final only when accepted by both parties.
