Documentation: Commercial invoice, packing list and the exporter-side documents we can provide for your shipment.
Health certification: Where your destination requires it, we arrange the available certification process with the relevant authority.
Cargo coordination: Airline booking and delivery to the cargo terminal, timed to minimise transit time.
Destination support: We share AWB and flight details so your agent can clear and collect promptly.

Export requirements depend on the species and the destination country, and they change over time. Before every shipment we confirm with you which documents your importer needs. Your importer is responsible for any import permits required at destination.
